This time the episode will be much more interesting and fascinating as it will comprise some of the popular musicians as guest stars such as Sigur Ros.

The latest news which strikes recently about the much-awaited Game of Thrones, when the showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss confirmed this weekend that the Final Season 8 of the Game of Thrones series will be shorter than the earlier one comprising of only 6 episodes.

Last year both of them also revealed that GOT season 7 will be shorter than normal which will have only seven episodes in its list. But this shorter season already took much more time to complete the episodes as that of the normal ten-episode run and that’s probably expected with the final season as well, on which work is under process.

Benioff and Weiss were on stage at the south by Southwest festival in Austria, Texas where they confirmed about the show stating that “From the beginning, we’ve wanted to tell a 70-hour movie. It will turn out to be a 73-hour movie, but it’s stayed relatively the same of having the beginning, middle and now we’re coming to the end. It would have been really tough if we lost any core cast members along the way, I’m very happy we’ve kept everyone and we get to finish it the way we want to.” With the above confirmation, it is looking that the upcoming season will have six episodes; it seems that the story is going to be wrapped up rapidly.

Game of Thrones fans can imagine that the final Season 8 will be the all-out war against the Night King. It is unlikely that the six episodes in GOT season 8 will run for six hours exactly, but it is will also stretch for some more time on for too much longer.

We all know that the Game of Thrones season 7 will be premiered on HBO on Sunday, July 16th, 2017 and it will be curious enough to see if Season 8 follows the same production to that of the season 7.
